Your personalised Gift Voucher will be provided with a wallet within with you can present it to the lucky recipient.

How does it work?

Selecting and ordering a voucher

Either use our enquiry form to inform us of the course and package that you desire or simply call us and one of our event co-ordinators will help you to select a package. We will then send you a personalised gift voucher, complete with presentation wallet.

Using a voucher

When you or the recipient wishes to use the voucher, you or they can call us on our freephone number (0800 298 7307) and quote the serial number that is printed on the voucher. As the package is already pre-paid, we will accommodate you on or as near as possible to your preferred date.

Can the vouchers be used at any racecourse?

Yes. If you are not sure which meeting to attend we will be happy to offer some suggestions.

How long is the voucher valid for?

For one year,although we are often flexible about this!

Can I use the voucher in part payment for hospitality?

Yes. They can also be used for tickets only packages.

What if the voucher exceeds the cost of entrance?

In this situation, we offer betting vouchers to the full amount to bring your package up to the full amount given on the voucher.

Are there any extra costs?

We charge £9.90 to cover post, packing, and personalisation of the voucher and booking the event. There are no hidden charges.

How late can we order a voucher?

If you have access to a computer and printer we can send you a personalised voucher on the day of the celebration. (We would then invoice you at a later date for the value of the voucher.)

For example, we can process Christmas Gift Vouchers on Christmas Eve, and would invoice for them in January.
